Since opening his first shop in 1973, Sir Terence Conran’s mission has been to bring the best and most interesting products and furniture from around the world into people’s lives. Offering a unique blend of design classics and future collectables, the Conran Shop has established itself as a name that encompasses nearly every category of design. Since 1987, the shop has been located in the famous Michelin building which, once the headquarters of a tire manufacturer, was built in 1911 with a striking Art Deco façade, and that Conran purchased and renovated. At the centre of the new luxury district, the Conran flagship store offers a curated collection of furniture, lighting, kitchenware, tableware, and home accessories from some of the finest and most exciting designers in the world. The Conran Shop began carrying Lobmeyr glassware designed by Adolf Loos, Josef Hoffmann, and Oswald Haerdtl since 2014.
