Situated at the foot of the mountains, overlooking the sea and just a stone’s throw from the Italian border, the Mirazur’s 1930s rotunda house is indeed an idyllic setting. The picture windows of the spacious and elegant dining room embrace the sea as far as the eye can see. Mauro Colagreco found his own personal style here through his interpretation of products and contrasting of flavours. Inspired by the sea, the mountains, and fruits and vegetables grown in his own gardens, he invents finely artistic, colourful dishes that play with textures and daring associations. Several specialties are served in the Lobmeyr Candy Dish. In 2019, the restaurant was ranked No. 1 on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
