For quite some years now a beautiful Lobmeyr chandelier has adorned the hall of the Lucero Ospina de Barberi auditorium, located in the main headquarters of the Colombian company Tecnoquímicas in the city of Cali, built with modern architectural specifications and designed in every detail to offer a pleasant and functional space.

In this room, which can accommodate 360 people in total comfort, classical music concerts, opera and film screenings, theater plays and, in general, artistic shows that stimulate the permanent contact of the company’s employees with the more diverse cultural manifestations, according to the philosophy of the organization.

For Tecnoquímicas, art is one of the fundamental pillars of education and the integral formation of human beings, fosters creativity and illuminates ideas, and for this reason it has been providing this type of activities for several years.

One of the main characteristics of the room is the quality of its acoustics, which allows each attendee to listen with high fidelity, regardless of where they are in the auditorium, from a conference to a classical concert. Added to this is its modern technological equipment, digital sound console with 32 channels, automatic curtain, lighting system and stage mechanics, dressing rooms for artists and a beautiful piano.

The beautiful auditorium is named after Lucero Ospina de Barberi, mother of the owners of the company. They wanted to have this lamp since they are active members of Met Opera New York celebrating 50 years with Lobmeyr’s chandeliers.
