The classic flower vase is attributed to Vally Wieselthier, who also designed a series of drinking glasses for Lobmeyr.
She studied at the Vienna Kunstgewerbeschule under Kolo Moser (painting), Josef Hoffmann (architecture) and Michael Powolny (ceramics) and was a member of the Wiener Werkstätte.
