Hartmann Opticians, located just off St. Stephens Cathedral is a champion of the finest artisanship. Besides their trade, the family-driven company uses its windows to feature young artists.
When they refurbished their locale this combination of passions leaped a magnificent custom Metropolitan Cascade by Lobmeyr just a small step for a craftsman.

LOBMEYR PRODUCTS USED IN THIS PROJECT
Dropping down from a standard Met chandelier we arranged larger Sputnik elements that mingle with mouth-blown glass spheres to create a multifaceted installation to complement the historic architecture.
The glass spheres resembling eyes might be a pure coincidence…
